Access to the Property Monitor platform (PMiQ) has now been partially restored following the infrastructure disruption affecting the AWS UAE region earlier this week.
Our engineering team successfully activated our disaster recovery procedures and has restored the platform in an alternative AWS region. Several core features are now available, with additional services continuing to be restored in phases as systems are verified.
Please note that recent transaction data is still being processed and synchronised, and real-time data updates will be restored as soon as possible.
We continue to monitor system performance closely while completing the remaining recovery work.
