As we continue to expand our influence and operations, we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team in the role of Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key relationships with real estate brokers, real estate developers, valuation companies, and consultancies. Your primary objective will be to foster strong connections, identify new business opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, highlighting the value of our products and services. Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Monitor customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client requirements.
  • Liaise with other departments within the organisation to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of customer needs.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing customer account activities, sales performance, and market trends on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Follow up on customer enquiries and complaints, providing timely and professional support to address their needs.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining high ethical standards in all interactions.
  • Conduct periodic training sessions with clients, either online or in person, to enhance their understanding and effective use of our products and services.
  • Monitor client usage and metrics to proactively identify training requirements and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar account management role within the UAE market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of success in the UAE market, demonstrating strong sales and relationship management abilities.
  • Possession of a full UAE driving license and access to a car.
